What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 notebooks — enough for a team or a single course — with bulk tiers that drop steeply at the thousands schools and conferences order in.
How fast will my notebooks arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and notebooks ship in about 2 weeks. Hardcovers and tabbed sections add a little; you get a real date before you commit.
How do I stop ink showing through the page?
Specify sizing, not just weight. Sizing is how far the sheet is sealed against ink soaking in, and a well-sized 80gsm sheet beats a badly sized 100. We send a paper sample to write on before you commit.
Wire or plastic coil?
Wire lies perfectly flat and keeps facing pages aligned; plastic coil bends and recovers instead of staying crushed, and can be colour matched. Carried daily, coil wins. On a desk, wire does.
Why do my pages shred when torn out?
Because there is no perforation, so the sheet fails through the punched holes rather than along a line. Pages meant to come out need a micro-perf set inboard of the holes.
Why does my notebook yawn open in a bag?
The coil or wire is a gauge too large for the finished block, so the pages slide and the covers separate. We calculate the gauge from your real page count and paper weight.
Can you match our brand colour on the coil?
Yes, to a reference, and it is one of the cheapest ways to stop a bulk notebook looking generic. Cover finishes can be matched too, including soft-touch and cloth.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team sets it out for the cover panel and the wrap, and confirms tab positions and section lengths before anything is punched.
